Hospital admission, bed availability, clinical decisions, treatment and charges are controlled by the receiving hospital.
Availability
Ambulance, staff, airline, cargo space, routing, destination acceptance and other third-party services remain subject to availability and case-specific requirements.

Website forms and email-style enquiries should not be relied on for immediate emergency response. Call the published Command Center for urgent coordination.
International repatriation
Repatriation requirements vary by airline, consulate and destination jurisdiction. No route or timeline is guaranteed until the case is reviewed and required approvals are available.
